I have a large bowl of fruit for breakfast and therefore always go over my sugar goal, but it is natural and not added sugar! Xxx

I track everything. And the trick with onions is to have a bowl on your scales and weigh it before you chop it!! Then it can go straight from chopping board to pan. I have found that by tracking everything I have learnt where all the hidden calories are. Hope that helps :)

I have swapped cereal and toast for fruit. Always make sure there is a banana in there then any other fruit I fancy. I try to have different colours, so for example, melon, plum, orange and banana. Hope that helps.

I am like you lorijay, I have fruit for breakfast or lunch and it always takes me over the allowance. I did read in another post that natural sugar is Ok amd mfp cannot tell between natural or added. If that makes sense x

I do a few potatoes cut into thick chip chunks and boil for about four minutes, then put them in a hot oven sprayed with frylite and a little salt :)

I do weigh myself every morning after the loo and in the nude!! lol. I feel that I can keep a good eye on it to stay on track. But we do have our official weigh in on a Saturday morning with our measurements too. I have to confess that I do also weigh myself before I go to bed and I always seem to lose two pounds over…
