I usually have oatmeal in the morning, but you can do some of the same things with cream of wheat too. You can mix in fresh berries (or frozen), sprinkle a tbs of chopped walnuts or almonds, raisins, cinnamon and apples cooked in a little bit of water/lemon juice and then added to your cream of wheat. How about steamed broccoli or grilled asparagus w/ mushrooms or sauteed spinach with garlic, grilled eggplant. Those are at least a few of the ones I have for dinner to try to keep things interesting. Good luck!
