I always just do the recipe from scratch that way it will try to match ingredients (the specific items you use). It's definitely inconvenient but at least more accurate imo. Just had to input 2 new recipes today. I hope they are good as it took forever! Good luck

Thanks for all the great ideas! My favorite way to make veggies is to roast them in the oven. I use a little olive oil, a little garlic flavored oil and then add fresh garlic, seasoned salt and pepper. Such great flavor and easy too. My favorite combo lately is carrots, parsnips and red onion.

I actually have noticed the same thing. I have been sick 3 times since Thanksgiving and I generally get sick only about once a year (when I was 27 lbs heavier).
