IKR??? What's with that? I mean, awesome that people are paying attention to their protein intake, but there certainly seems to have been an upswing in posts about it lately.2 -

No one reads the stickies. I turned one of mine into a Dwayne Johnson appreciation thread a couple of months ago and I've yet to have more than two comments about it. Maybe bumps will help, but probably not.5 -

My friend is eating Eating 1 kg chicken breast a day and i wana know is it good? And meeting carbohydrate need with fruits brown rice and oats. He is in bulking fase. Chiken breast is without fat.0
