  • 1/2 scoop Shakeology 1 scoop Dymatize ISO vanilla 1/2 c blueberries, frozen 4 ice cubes 8 oz Almond milk, unsweetened 6 oz Coffee, sometimes I freeze coffee in ice cube trays and use that for ice cubes. Handful of raw spinach leaves
  • I found I started losing more inches and weight when I followed the "fat shredder" meal plan of 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat. Wow that sure made a different for me. I know that sounds like a lot of protein, but you can buy a protein powder to use as a shake to go along with the Shakeology shake. I also eat a lot of…
  • You are doing a fabulous job. Keep working out and eating healthy is the key. Have you thought about changing to a fat shredder meal plan 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat? I am in the group P90X/Insanity Game Changers and the coach, Shawn, has great tips on how to complete the fat shredder plan and this group is very…
  • What an awesome transformation, I think Krissy will forgive you. Thanks for being her biggest supporter, through thick and thin, woot, woot!
  • Hi, I workout between 4-5 a.m. and I never eat before I workout. I tend to get nauseated if I workout during the day after I eat. I just stay hydrated while working out. I drink the Results & Recovery Formula after my intense workout to ensure my muscles are not used as energy or a high carb protein smoothie.
  • Great advice . . .it will all take time and your diet is 80% of the reason you are holding onto your fat. I have gone to the Fat Shredder 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fat and I have noticed an considerable difference in the fat on my tummy as this is the last place I lose too. You can join the group called P90X/Insanity…

  • The first week of Insanity killed my arches too. I have REALLY bad bunions so I have arch supports from "The Good Feet Store," so I had to take out the big support and go to the casual support and that helped with my arch cramping. Now my feet are used to the impact and I don't have any issues now.
  • I am, this is the only time I can find to be on MFP, too busy after work training horses and giving lessons. I have a desk job so can easily pop in and out.
  • I like the Max Interval Circuit. I just finished day 63 yesterday and now I will do a recovery week of Core Cardio & Balance and then start Insanity over again adding in P90X for more muscle definition. I think I like the interval circuit because we can do it 3 times and really push myself on the last round as that is…
  • The group is called "Getting Results with Insanity"
  • I can hear you about long days, but you need focus on scheduling time to exercise. That is the bottom line. I thought my days were too long too, I have a 1 hour communute one way (so a 2 hour commute time) work an 8 hour day, come home work horses for 4+ hours (I train horses and give lessons), then go in have supper and…
  • Go to Groups, here on MFP and join the group called "Getting Resuls With Insanity." Shawn Muth is the host. He will set you up with a coach. I started with that group last Wednesday and they have great motivational e-mails and 5 steps to follow. It involves joining Team Beach Body.com, but it is FREE and the coaching is…
  • Hi, I'm 46 and it definitely is harder to lose the winter pounds like I used to. You can add me as I'm on here every day looking for motivation and love seeing results. This really does work.
  • I am at the 1200 calories a day too and I burn about 330 calories during exercise, but I have not seen the scale budge. I have been eating this many calories for 4 weeks and exercising the same. I don't do any strength training, maybe I should start doing this. I work at a sit down job for 8 hours, then come home and train…
  • I totally agree to this!! No fads, just good clean food and exercise!!!! No gimmicks to bog you down.
