My nutritionist told me that this whole "don't eat after 7pm/8pm/9pm/10pm/etc. thing is a complete and utter fallacy. She said all that matters is WHAT you're eating and HOW MUCH. That was it.

I would suggest a heart rate monitor. That way you can find out what you're ACTUALLY burning. As for everything else, I agree with the OP. I try to eat back at least half (if not all) of my exercise calories, otherwise I do NOT feel good. I feel tired, weak, and I get constipated as well (even though I drink 8-12 glasses…

I have the Polar FT4 Heart Rate Monitor Watch (Bronze/Bronze) and I LOVE it so far. I'm also very busty and the strap sits just below my breasts under my sports bra. I'm new here and looking for friends as well! I would love to have people add me that are great at giving motivational advice and healthy recipes. Please feel free to add me. Thank you and good luck on your journey! ^_^

I am now twenty-eight (twenty-nine this weekend), and I want to feel good about myself again. I'm currently 206 (I was 215 when I started my weight loss journey, but…
