chicken breasts ground turkey low carb wraps turkey meatballs (two of my favorites are target and lean grilled turkey meatballs from trader joe) fage 0% yogurt frozen green beans diced tomatoes chicken broth sargento reduced fat provolone those are the items i have to have in house all the time

1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbl peanut butter and 1/2 cup fiber one cereal....very good and very very filling

I haveJillian Michaels chocolate and the vanilla...mix them with almond or soy and its pretty good

i'm 47 and definitely feel like you have to work harder the numbers don't move on scale...and trying to avoid middle age spread...and sometimes the exercise you did a few years ago..you somehow cant do them now without worrying if your going to injure yourself somehow and i'm talking about knees, back etc

I usually have a few days like that...most of the time i don't do anything on those days and just watch the calorie intake or i might do something not so strenuous....i do like the leslie sansone's walking dvds...your getting a decent workout without killing yourself
