daily calorie deficit question
I am getting back to MFP after being on weight watchers for awhile. After inputting the my info I am at 1450 calories a day to lose 1 pound a week. The daily calorie deficit shows 500. Can someone tell me what the daily calorie deficit is? :smile:

i had a choppd salad, no dressing for lunch today. database says 393 calories....i also had the SMALL muffin that went with it and database said 483! can this be right? i can't seem to find nutrition information on portillos anywhere. it just sound like an enormous amount of calories for a small muffin

water intake during cold weather
does anyone have a problem with drinking water during cold weather? i tend to want hot drinks when its freezing outside. it takes me all morning to drink 2 cups of coffee and then i want it again in the afternoon especially on the days i work. :smile:
