add exercise to your diary

i had done 60 minutes of pilates and i'm trying to add that to my diary. when i pull up pilates from data base and you add amount of time and than it tells you the approximate number of calories burned there is no button to click to add it to your diary. does anyone know how to add exercise time to your diary? i have been off the band wagon for about a month and am trying to get on track again.
