entering measurements for recipes
i'm trying to add a recipe to my food database. one of the items is plain nonfat yogurt. i only need to input 2 tablespoons. when i look at the food database, unless you go through every plain nonfat yogurt entry it seems like you can't find certain measurements. i had to go to calorie king to get the info. it is 19 calories for 2 tablespoons....so how do you enter that into the recipe database?. i wish the food database can let you enter any measurement of a food and have the calories come up instantly. alot of times i have to search each entry of a food item to find the closest match to the amount i've used. i hope this makes sense....

Use partial serving input. There are 16 tablespoons in a dry cup measure.0
