paczki, fat tuesday

does anyone know the approximate calories for a paczki? i believe these Polish donuts might be bigger than the regular size donut. Tomorrow is Fat Tuesday. I just want to try one without breaking the bank of calories. I don't see these on the food database

    I used to work at a bakery, and as far as I remember they were well over 1000 calories per pazcki. I would stay away if I were you! (Or if you really need to have one, just eat half, or even better, a quarter of one)

    **EDIT** I never did know the exact nutrional information of them, but I know that they use a different kind of dough than normal donuts. I may have overexaggerated with the 1000+ calories, but that is how I would treat one if I came across it.

    300 to 450 calories and 22 to 27 grams of fat.

    I don't know, no clue, honestly I don't even care...all I know is I have been craving donuts for months!!! I have yet to eat one. Well, tomorrow I am! I don't care how much are in them! Actually we're getting dunkin donuts instead, but I'm eating it nonetheless!

    Sometimes you have to let yourself have what you want or you'll just end up getting really resentful.

    donut tomorrow, shakeology cleanse Wed, Thurs & Fri....I'm more frightened of that!
