Tuna lettuce rolls: 1 can (drained) chunk light tuna (120 calories) 1-2 Tbsps of light mayonnaise (40-80 calories) chopped pickles and celery (5 -10 calories) 3-4 large lettuce leaves Mix tuna, mayo and chopped veggies, scoop into lettuce leave and roll em up. About 200 calories for all, and very filling!
