  • I forgot my ticker pin so had to create a new one:
  • I am definitely in! I've got the Hot Chocolate 5k the first weekend in November!
  • I'm 24, 5'1" hoping to lose about 25 lbs total, but really need to be about ten pounds lighter. Add me :)
  • Hi, 24, Female, United States!
  • Mine is open. I just restarted after a long absence, so there isn't much to see yet. But I am in a new state with new goals, and I really would like friends who are active and open as well. Feel free to add me!
  • My dog can turn off electronics if he thinks he's not getting enough attention....computers, stereo, etc. Anything that has a power button that is in reach.
  • My dad's girlfriend and I were using it last night for yoga, taking turns, and we just yelled at it the whole time. It was kind of therapeutic? It was the first time that I had used it, so I'm not too annoyed with it telling my I am overweight because I am...that's why I'm here ;) But next time I will be putting some…
  • ^ This is why I joined a gym. I normally would run outside, but with my work schedule as it is now and living in Wisconsin, I had to join. I sat around for a little bit like...how do I work these machines?? ...But it also took me about a month to figure out how to do phone calls on my Android phone too. Me and buttons.....
  • You can do it!! It's hard when there are people around you who don't subscribe to the same lifestyle, but soon you'll find people falling into step ;) I started back in May, and while my loss has been slow, but I've found my dad (who I live with) starting to try to eat less and wanting to come on my runs once or twice per…
  • Same! Ahahahaha.
  • I find I can run outside with no pain, but the treadmill is AGONY for me (I have a natural muscle spasm/have had achilles tendon lengthening...so its just the way I'm built), so I go with the elliptical when I have to work out inside (alas, Wisconsin winter is coming and I feel that will be more often than not in the…
  • I am 23! Losing maddeningly slowly, but feel free to add me :)
  • Appleton :) But I'll probably be moving to just south of the Illinois border soon....
  • I LOVE the walk out push ups! The stretch and the strength move is really nice.
  • This level, I would have to say anything with planks...but I have menstrual cramps right now which makes them impossible to do. Hopefully next week they will be easier ;)
  • Funny story...I kind of feel the opposite! Maybe its because I used to be really in shape, but Level One made me feel kind of like a loer. I felt like it would have been super easy when I was a dancer/cheerleader, and now it was kicking my butt. At least with level two I get encouraged when whats-her-name can't even do…
  • I got mine at a boutique in Milwaukee, WI. Its Alyne and it is gorgeous...but I got it way to early. I wasn't planning on buying a dress that day (or a dress as expensive as it was at $1500), but my mother-in-law said that it probably would never be beat and I loved it....so she paid cash and we took the floor sample right…
  • I can't afford a heart rate monitor right now, so I asked some friends on MFP who are my height/weight range and who do have one what they burn and then subtracted some. I'd rather under guess than over guess! Plus, everyone really is different, but it gets me logging it and until i can get one, that's the best I can do.
  • I wish I could see it as other people see it, since they comment on it. Even people who don't know I'm doing this but....I hope that maybe once I get down to what I want, that will change.
  • Ah. Great vocation for you :) It looks really good.
  • You look amazing! Also, I envy your make-up. Did you do it yourself? You have some insane skills.
  • Technically, I am on L1D7, but I don't aim to do it everyday....because I'm weak. Ahaahahahaha, really I just work too much for it to be sane.
  • Way to go!!! You're doing awesome. Maybe you just needed to push yourself, and so mentally, you felt pumped and ready to do day 5. BTW- You should also snuggle with your pup a little bit ;) I am fully in support of pup-snuggling.
  • Way to go with the bicycle crunches!!
  • I was doing pretty well last week (my personal goal is to do it three times per week because of my schedule/foot problems...also why I cannot do it right away in the morning), but this week, my dad's been sleeping by the time I get home from my part-time job and so I didn't want to do jumping jacks in an old creaking…
  • I'm trying to do it at least three times per week, because I work full-time and part-time and am training for a 5k also. Its a little bit too much for my non-existent stamina right now to run and do the 30DS in one day ;)
  • Wow! Way to go wanting heavier weights! I am using three pound weights, but when it comes time to do the...anterior raise and side lunge I think? I have to do it without them because my arms start shaking so bad. Good burn though :) I have to remind myself to just keep swimming.
  • I started it Tuesday, but I'm only doing three-four days per week (I go out of town most weekends visiting family/fiance and while I eat well while I'm gone, I usually don't have time to exercise much more than maybe running once. I'm not scheduled to finish it until the week of November 5th-11th, but I'm good for support.…
  • Way to go!! You look amazing!
