I just finished insanity today. Month 2 is longer workouts anywhere from 40-64 minutes on the days you need to do a workout and then the abs. I tracked my weight, waist, hips and body fat (from my scale). I lost 3lbs, .5 inch on waist, .5 in on hips, and 1% body fat. I saw the most results in at the end of week 5…
