Fitbit. Use MFP to track your calories in and Fitbit to (automatically) track your calories out. It is a great combination. P.S. I have had the flex for 4 months and my force is due to arrive on Thursday.

Obviously any single measurement is a fluctuation but withings also draws a trailing average graph and it has more data points to work with.
