Roasted cauliflower. A pound of cauliflower, teaspoon of cumin, tablespoon of olive oil, 1/4 cup chicken broth.,toss together in a bowl, put in roasting pan, oven at 375 for 30 min or so. Very filling!

I just walk. When I've gone overboard like doing some intense garden work that requires heavy lifting and breaking a sweat, I've gotten really dizzy and thought I would pass out. I miss tomatoes! My first coach told me to leave them out altogether, so I have avoided them till now. I have heirloom tomatoes growing in my veggie garden, and they are freaking awesome.

I messed up and it took about 3 days to start back losing weight after gaining a pound or so.

It is so worth it to see it through. There are days I tell myself, not forever just today. (The classic 'one day at a time'.) I see a lot more results than weight loss as well. Yeah, they are about $100. The FitBit is about the same, but I think it gives you better and more information.my Nike FuelBand came from a Nike store.

My coach told me the same thing, to add a packet if I was doing a workout that burned significant calories. I am not doing significant workouts. My NIke Fuel Band tells me how many calories I have burned daily, only about 600 over the course of the day. I am not adding those in during Phase 1 here on mfp, but when I go to…

Yes, I log my food (including the IP food and vitamins) here on MFP. I print it out for my coach, i like it more than writing in the log book. I also track my weight and how many inches I lose a week here. Let us know when you start!
