  • This will be my second time doing JM30S. It's a good program and I am happy with the results I got last time. It gets a little redundant at times but I think having the weekends off this time will help with that. Start weight: 198 lbs Waist (at the smallest part) 36" Tummy (at the belly button) 41" Hips (at the largest)…
  • Perhaps we should start a Ripped in 30 group?
  • I completely agree. I don't deprive myself of the things I want. If I want a chocolate bar, slice of cheesecake or fast food I incorporate it into my daily calories. If it takes up my entire intake for the day (as fast food usually does), I exercise more so I can eat more. I've also managed to incorporate some self control…
  • Jillian also has a Ripped in 30 series. 4 levels/1 per week for 30 days. It's a good one too! :)
  • So, I did my shred tonight and the most amazing thing happened during my first cool down stretch..... :noway: I touched my toes!! It was only a small touch, but a win in my books as I could barely reach my ankles when I started this. Anyways, just thought I'd share... thanks for listening Keep up the good work ladies!!…
  • I'm really tired lately. I usually get up and do my shred in the morning but today I just didn't have it in me. I'm going to see how I feel after my 2 volleyball games tonight and perhaps squeeze it in before bed. I know its working cause I'm seeing the changes, just wish I didn't feel to drained all the time. :(
  • I'm feeling stronger for sure but I'm still struggling getting through the second cardio circuit with jumping jacks and jump rope. Everything else I'm golden. I do the last cardio circuit twice to make up for my shortfall. Level one I agree is getting boring but I upped my weights today for an additional challenge which…
  • Here's my daily routine: I do my Shred first thing in the morning as soon as I get out of bed. I have a half/full glass of water and then I start. I don't eat until after. I'm not a breakfast person so it doesn't bother me to wait a bit. I know it's recommended to eat within an hour of waking up but I'm just not hungry. I…
  • Today was a bit harder for me. I think it may be because I didn't sleep well last night sue to the heat. I just felt drained and lacked energy. :( I completed my workout but struggled with some of the cardio like jumping jacks and jump rope. *sigh* However, my soreness is going away and I'm feeling stronger, just need to…
  • My legs are so sore, but pushed through it. Push-ups are hard for me too, I kind of modify the modified version for now :embarassed: . My arms aren't sore until I try to lift them...lol. Pain=Progress, right?
  • Starting at 208. I logged it as circuit training also. Good Luck Everyone, We're gonna rock this!
  • Hi Everyone! I'm very excited to be part of this group. I'm 33 and live in Ontario, Canada. I've been lacking motivation lately, so I just joined MFP for some support and guidance. I have 58 lbs I'd like to lose by NYE. How awesome that would be to slip into a sexy little black dress!! I can use all the support I can get…
  • Amazing transformations everyone!
  • Me too! I'm 33 looking to lose 50lbs to start with. I just joined MFP and could definitely use a support system. :)
