I enter time on the cross trainer as elliptical...not sure if it's right though! As someone has already said too, log the treadmill as jogging, you should be able to work out your pace pretty easy based on the speed you run at on the treadmill.

unfortunately calories are not the only thing to worry about, I expect the chocolate has more saturated fat than the weight loss snacks. It's a shame cos I'd choose the chocolate bar everytime! :wink:

I struggle to keep in my calories when I keep to 1200. I always try to do a bit of exercise as it gives you more calories to play with! :smile:

I lost it off my boobs pretty quick, only been on here for 4 weeks and I would say it's the most noticeable place I've lost it :sad: Unfortunately when I'm slimmer I do tend to be pretty flat chested anyway... :ohwell:

I'm starting to think us UK lasses really are a bunch of drunks!! I've only been using MFP for 4 weeks but have managed 2 big drinking sessions in that time, and that's me trying to cut back :blushing: The weight's still coming off though so guess I don't need to cut it out completely yet! :drinker:

Any loss is good! I weighed in yesterday, lost 2lb this week :smile: Managed to drink all the water except for one day where I was a glass short, I just couln't fit it in! I'm looking forward to the next challenge!!

yep, my husband is one of those sickening guys...he puts a bit of weight on so goes running for a couple weeks and loses it all! He doesn't get it's not as easy for me :noway:

I had the same when I got married, they had to make loads of alterations which cost me loads :-( I just maintained it after that fitting though...it's easier to take clothes in than let them out so don't worry too much. I'm sure you'll look stunning :-)

Hi! I'm from Somerset too, will be 29 in April and decided if I'm going to lose the weight before I'm 30 I need to start now! I'm new too, have been using MFP for just over 2 weeks and think adding friends would help me too :-)
