Definitely try to eat the 1200 calories, the reduction in hunger may not be down to your stomach shrinking but your metabolic rate slowing down...this is not good for weightloss! Eating some of the higher calorie foods may help to boost your intake. Good luck :flowerforyou:

I wish we had Body Combat at the gym I go to, love the Les Mills classes it's the only one I don't do! All the new releases seem to have stepped it up a gear, I love it! I would definitely say to anyone thinking of going to one just do it, I didn't know anyone when I started but chat to loads of people there now classes…

Hi all, I used to come on the team UK group regularly but I seem to have been so busy recently! I definitely think summer months are the hardest for weight loss...BBQs, festivals and holidays are hard! I'm off to a festival this weekend so am trying to be extra good this week and am really beasting myself at the gym,…

yeah I do update my weight so I know the burns will decrease. It's just one week in spinning it might say I burnt 600+ calories then the next low 500 but I feel I've worked as hard each week!

I'm 5'7" and am aiming for 140lbs...at the moment! When I get there I'll re-assess I think. I just know I want to be healthy and not too skinny, I get quite toned from all the exercise I do so I think 140lbs should be about right!

Blurry by Puddle of Mudd is a great song...I'm going to have to go download it now!

my shuffle is full of songs with a decent beat but is a real mix! Have dance stuff like Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk, rocky stuff like Biffy Clyro, the up-tempo Foo Fighters then a bit of pop Lady Gaga. Most of all it's all songs I love cos it keeps me going
