For weight loss you can see on the scale cardio will be best as strength training you will gain muscle and the number on the scale will move alot slower. But doing both is ideal. I have chocolate 3 times a day! Of course in the form of a lean protein shakes lol. I've actually found a good brand it's muscle max lean protein chocolate moose(spl?) It's not the old school nasty protein either and that is coming from a seriously picky eater!

nekkid just before my shower in the morning! Try to stay consistent with time of day and situation! That way you don't discourage yourself cause you can fluctuate a few lbs during the day.

I like a cheese stick or my whey protein shake. The nice thing about shakes is like others have said they absorb quicker and are pretty nicely balanced with carbs, protein and calories. Takes the thought out of it which is high on my list of likes!

Its a tight rope walk on calories. If you body doesn't think it is getting enough it will go into storage mode, which isn't good. So you need to eat just short of what you need. 1200 doesn't seem like may calories based on how active you are. You might want to recalculate how many you are allowed. What is your time frame on losing the weight? I'm still new to this eating healthy thing myself so I probably don't have the best suggestions for foods, but eating 5-6 times a day would help. I have a…
