You have 2 options. Set as sedentary and then log every workout you do. I would skip logging the slow walk of the dog to balance any logging inaccuracy. OR Use a TDEE method, add up total hours you workout and then eat the same daily and NOT log you workout.

I have pretty bad body dismorphia which is why i rely on these test so much, but really just do not think I was that low. If it would have said 14-15% I could have maybe went with it but they say 1lb of fat is about the size of a closed up fist and my thighs easily had 6 or more each leg, which would be 12+lbs of fat and…

Sad part is I weight 3lbs less in bottom pic too AND still have 7lbs more to cut down. Should be intersting to see my dexa once I hit goal.

Commenting so I can find this later and be held responsible. Pre bulk I was 134, ended bulk at 147lbs (12-16 weeks, fine 12 week bulk, 4 week lazy maintenance trying to cut) finally on the cut wagon and want to get back down to 135 then will post up pics. :)

Welp in my case bodpod was horribly inaccurate. Same day got tested at 9.6% -10.8%, caplipers put me at 16-17% at the same time, 134lbs 5'6 so yeah I will no longer consider that equipment accurate at all. I was 212, down to 150 pre pregnancy then back to 204 with pregnancy. Now am 142 as of today, lowest 134 pre bulk a few months back if anyone wants to add me too. :)

<3 I am having that same issue. Gained 10-12lbs on a bulk. Lost 5lbs of it and now am just like la de da sucking at cutting. I can do it, I know I can but also was tested last time at 16% or so fat at my goal weight pre bulk so know these last 5lbs of fat are not easy.

Nope, you can't spot reduce. If you want to loose belly you eat at a deficit until you body decides it wants to loose the fat stored there.

Being toned happens when you eat at a deficit and loose body fat and then the muscle your body has shows. So what exactly shape wise do you want? Lean, Slim, Muscular? All things require different styles of work.
