OUCH this hits home. So in 2012 I lost 65lb, had my little girl in 2025 lost 80lbs after her and got to a sub 20% body fat 135lbs. So then what is the point of mfp without the newsfeed? Other apps count calories better, let us scan barcodes for free. Have been here 12+ years and I am here for my friends list and news feed not for anything you can provide me nutritionally or diet wise. This is a poor choice.

Yeah, the mountain wasn't the annoying part of the race (NJ Super) the 40 degree air and 30 water was. This was after the dunk wall though, Killington VT swim last month wasn't much better hahah

In in Oh I'm working on that part just have a special needs toddler so I'm trying to find a new job that will support me and my daughter and not rely on him because hes completely unreliable when it would come to child support and custody and basically anything involving her lol so I need to be completely self sufficient…

I saw your pictures and never thought underweight. I saw muscle and lean. As someone who has dexa'd at 21% your numbers are my goal for body fat, but to be honest the other response is why I am hesitant to really push to lean out because I don't want the judgmental comments about it. Lifted 2,000,000 lbs since june 6th!

Ran the whole 5k obsticle race, and completed it in under 40 minutes. When I started out years ago in MFP I couldn't even run a solid 1/4 mile without walking.

Lifting 2 million lbs between June 6th and August 31st. Gyms challenge was 1 million but already done that and at about 1.7 million now.

I have low blood sugar and low blood pressure. When I got pregnant both plunged to dizzy when walking low almost constantly. I tried to watch my diet but was eating fruit, carbs, sodium, and sugar almost hourly to keep my sugar and pressure up. Also couldn't workout at all since even walking caused me to pass out at times.…

Yeah started lifting in 2013, pregnancy in 2015 so gained 50lbs back, then back to lifting when she was 6 months. She'll be 2 end of sept. I do cardio, but more OCR based so sandbag, carries, incline, and hill work.
