You look amazing!! Your stomach is so flat.
Thank you ! No surgery, but I am contemplating it for the loose skin. I still have some I want to lose. Maybe another 20 lbs.
That's amazing, I don't even notice the loose skin in your bikini...or that you have more to lose?! I'm planning on having 2 more babies so I'm assuming I may or may not need to get rid of the skin surgically if it bugs me too much but in many years. It seems like a pretty extreme surgery.

You look 10 years younger17 -
Be consistent in your food and exercise . It takes both. Consistenty and patience is key. These photos are two months apart. The difference was focus, awareness of the fuel I was putting in my body and making it a priority to find movement daily.

Yeah started lifting in 2013, pregnancy in 2015 so gained 50lbs back, then back to lifting when she was 6 months. She'll be 2 end of sept.
I do cardio, but more OCR based so sandbag, carries, incline, and hill work.5 -

Did you try to keep your weight down while pregnant and failed or you just ate whatever you want without worrying? I'm asking because I gained 55 lbs for my first pregnancy and plan on being skinnier at the beginning of my next and I want to gain a lot less if I can! I was sick for 5 months every time my stomach didn't have carbs so I'm hoping it doesn't happen again.0 -
I always come back to this post (and the face one - love that one) whenever I need some motivation. You all are so inspiring!9

I have low blood sugar and low blood pressure. When I got pregnant both plunged to dizzy when walking low almost constantly. I tried to watch my diet but was eating fruit, carbs, sodium, and sugar almost hourly to keep my sugar and pressure up. Also couldn't workout at all since even walking caused me to pass out at times. :-(0 -

Thanks for the answer, clearly there are situations where you just cannot control the weight gain.0
