How far along are you? Try some prenatal yoga & pilates a few days a week. There's a few videos on YouTube. It'll help with your stress. I had increased hunger all throughout my 1st trimester & it was mostly carbs!
-
Following. I'm almost 27 weeks & have gained 24lbs already!
-
I started out at 109lbs, now I'm 128lbs & 25 weeks pregnant. I consistently eat over 2,100-2,300 and am gaining on track. I workout very little now. I suggest eat when you're hungry & follow your instincts & hunger cues.

Hang in there! I'm 25 weeks with baby #2. I'm so hormonal & emotional right now, all hubby says is how glowing I am & offers me food constantly. Lol. Our daughter is 3, so me being pregnant may still be fresh on his mind. I tore into him a few times when I was pregnant with our first, I'm sure he doesn't want that kind of…

Is anyone planning a baby shower? And if so, when? My daughter was premature & was born a few days before the baby shower was suppose to happen! I definitely don't want that happening again! Another concern is the holidays. I'm thinking of having the shower either the third or fourth week in November because in December it…

Yep, I'm having the sciatic pain as well on top of round ligament pain. The 2nd trimester is dragging. I think the Third will go by faster because all of the holidays! Unfortunately, there's so much tempting food to eat while pregnant! I don't know how I'm going to resist!

Try cocoa butter, it may help. I slathered that stuff on my first pregnancy & still got a ton of stretch marks. This time around, I don't have any new ones, but the old ones are getting wider :/
-
Good for you! I need to get my butt into gear!
-
I eat easily over 2,200 calories per day. But I've been gaining a ton. 2-3lbs a week for the past 2 weeks. My goal is to dial back to 2,000.
-
Hahaha my big gains started @22 weeks. I never tracked with my first, but it's interesting to track my gains on here.
-
I gained about that my first trimester. Looks like you're right on track!
-
24 weeks- 127lbs (+18lbs) Huge growth spurt + stress of packing for our new house. Need to focus on eating better! I've been shoving junk food down my throat for a few weeks now.

Congrats!!!

Hey Ladies! Good job all y'all that are working out! I definitely am being lazy & haven't had a proper workout in weeks. We're packing & moving this month, so I guess I can count that as a workout! 23 weeks and probably 14-15lb gain thus far. Been eating out way too much & not tracking as much as I usually do. My goal is…

How are all You ladies doing? I have my OB appointment tomorrow! I get to fill out all the paperwork to get my tubal ligation done. I'm very excited about that! I'm 22 weeks so the countdown begins! I'm so ready to see my precious boy! I have a heart ultrasound scheduled Oct 7th, which is nerve wracking & my daughter goes…

This is my second, and I still get nervous! I was way more nervous with my first. With baby #1, I felt baby move around 22 weeks, this time I started feeling baby around 17-18 weeks.

Check out your local library. I found a ton of prenatal DVDs. All I had to do was wait til they were sent to my library & I could check them out for 2 weeks. I also am a big fan of YouTube

I manually added 100 calories in the beginning, then set it to gain .5lbs around 9 weeks because I was so hungry! I've gained probably 12-13lbs and am 20 weeks pregnant so on the higher end but I did start out at 109lbs. I will probably gain 35 lbs, which is how much I gained with my first.

My daughter is 3 & I just lost all the baby weight (and 15lbs college weight gain, then 15lb marriage gain) a few months before I got pregnant! I barely even got to enjoy it! So I totally get what you are saying. It can be very hard to lose the weight. I'm hoping I can get a gym membership after I deliver to help speed up…

I gained 34lbs with baby #1 & most of my weight gain was in the beginning! I hope to gain no more than 35lbs this time around, but my dr thinks I'll gain 40+lbs. boo, but i lost it all before, so I know I can lose it all again. I still don't think 40 is all that bad, most of my family gained 80-100lbs during their…

I live in Oklahoma, USA & have the opposite problem! Pretty mild winters, but very hot & humid summers. I just can't stand being outdoors when it's 110 & humidity of 80. There's so much mold & pollen here that everyone has allergies. Zyrtec is our best friend in this household!

If you continue to feel like that, I suggest quitting work or working part time. Working that much is hard on your body. Make sure to eat snacks every 2-3 hrs and drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. I feel better if I eat small frequent meals, than big meals 5-6 hrs apart.
-
I was working full time, but had to quit when I was pregnant because I was on bedrest in the hospital. That helped us adjust to just one income before our daughter was born. I did work part time nights & weekends for a bit until we didn't have any debt. I plan to stay at home with baby #2. Childcare is so much, we really…

I never really had them with my first. But I started feeling severe round ligament pains around 15 weeks. I'm 20 weeks & they are still going strong. I don't work out much & still have them so I doubt it's from lifting. Hang in there!
-
I think I was about 13 weeks when my stomach started showing. At 16 weeks, it was very obvious. Now at 20 weeks, it looks like a bump 100% & not extra tummy weight. This is my 2nd baby.

Hang in there! I've been eating far too much and not exercising :( my daughter is yelling MOOO at me as I'm typing this lol. I suggest logging honestly & consistently, try walking a few days a week, Then work from there.
