Hi everyone! I'm due Jan 29th! We're having a boy! Our daughter will almost be 4 when he's born, which will be nice. I delivered my daughter prematurely, and although I'm not on bedrest yet, dr wants me to take it easy. I haven't weighed myself in awhile, but I've probably gained 11-12lbs thus far. I gained 35lbs with my…

Unfortunately with this baby, I've been sick well into my second trimester! With my first, I had zero sickness! I think every pregnancy is different & that's just the general norm. Hang in there!
-
Congrats! I'm due Jan 29th with baby #2, so a few months ahead of you, but I'm fairly active on mfp & support my friends :)
-
I gained a lot my first trimester. I'm now 19 weeks & 10-11lb gain. I gained a lot in my first trimester with baby #1 & gained 34lbs in total. The hunger for carbs subsided more in the second trimester. Hang in there! I was also so exhausted that I couldn't workout. Now I'm working out 2-3X week.

I agree! I can easily be 5lbs heavier after just one meal! It's crazy

19 weeks- 119lbs (+10lbs) No weight gain on my scale. My doctors scale says I gained 18lbs when I went in on Tuesday! I think I'll trust my scale since I've been using it since the beginning. At my doctors office, the scales vary on which room I use & time of day I go.

I couldn't eat anything but cereal, sandwiches, and carbs until about 15-16 weeks. I'm 18 weeks & only feel good about half the time. I never got any sickness and very little nausea with my first. At least I'm eating somewhat better now. I'm hoping I can eat cooked meals again soon!

With baby #1, I was on bedrest & delivered at 35 weeks. Labor was fast & easy. I'm 18 weeks with baby #2 & am much more active. Well, I try to workout twice a week. Hopefully it helps!

I'm 26, 5'1" and highest weight 184lbs pregnant (5/2011). Lowest weight 109lbs (5/2014). Now I'm 120-125lbs and 18 weeks pregnant with baby #2.

For my first, I didn't feel baby move til like 22 weeks. This time around I'm 18 weeks & have felt flutter kicks. Mostly when I lay down at night. It almost feels like gas bubbles, but a little different. Just tiny movement here & there.

If you don't have dumbells, I suggest body weight workouts on www.fitnessblender.com. All free workouts & they have a vast variety of workouts. I bought 5 & 10lbs weights off craiglist for $15 after a few months of doing bodyweight workouts & saw a huge improvement on my muscle tone & definition. Many workouts are under…

Congrats on the weight loss & pregnancy! I'm due Jan 29th with baby #2. I've put on about 10lbs thus far. I gained 34lbs with baby #1 & I wasn't eating well or exercising. It's sheer luck that I didn't gain 50+. I'd like to gain 25-35lbs this time around. I'm starting to feel better & ready to workout again. Anyone feel…

17 weeks- 119lbs (+10lbs)

Congrats! And no worries, we all have stretch marks! I had them even before I had a baby!
-
I always eat my exercise calories back :) that's the only reason I workout is to eat more food! Lol.
-
16 weeks- 118lbs (+8lbs) Need to start exercising!
-
Congrats! I'm due Jan 29th! I'm logging sporadically & have gained 7-8lbs thus far. I need to start working out again once this round ligament pain goes away. I like prenatal DVDs. Feel free to add me!
-
Hopefully it subsides soon! I'm 15 weeks with #2 & I'm still extremely exhausted! I stay at home with my 3 yr old & can hardly do anything still! Now I'm having severe round ligament pains. I just do the bare minimum housework & devote my energy being there for my toddler. Housework won't get done at all once baby is born…

I'm 15 weeks pregnant, don't work out (severe round ligament pain), & eat around 2,100 calories per day. My maintenance was 1680. I've gained 7lbs thus far. I suggest either working out less to see if your hunger subsides, or keep doing what you're doing. I lost all the baby weight fast with #1. It all comes off it you…

I'm 15 weeks & still can't eat veggies or cook raw meat! The thought makes me dry heave still! And I was an avid veggie & meat lover before!
-
I've looked 5 months pregnant since 8 weeks too! I guess it's from the growing uterus & bloating.
-
I think you're doing fine. With #1 I weighed 150lbs & gained 34lbs (5'1"). I was in the overweight Bmi. I lost all but 8lbs at my 6 week checkup. Now with baby #2, I'm 15 weeks & gained 7lbs. You will lose it all, especially if you breast feed.
-
Following! I'm 5'1" & am looking for a good support band that won't break the bank!
-
Congrats! I'm due Jan 29th. Feel free to add me :)

14, almost 15 weeks & weigh 116lbs. So I'm up 7lbs.
-
My first came at 35 weeks, but I hear more first time pregnancies tend to be either on time or overdo.
-
I enjoyed Buff Moms To Be & Denise Austin prenatal cardio & toning (free on YouTube). I did not like Erin O'Brien (terrible camera angles), Gabrielle Reece (too much equipment needed), or Jazzercise (too long).
-
I suggest keep logging, working out regularly if you're not nauseated & try to watch what you eat. But I ate a dozen chocolate chip cookies for dinner last night. Lol. Hang in there! You lost the weight once, you can do it again. That's what I keep telling myself!

Check out YouTube. There are great prenatal, Zumba, low impact cardio workouts!

Congrats! I'm pregnant with baby #2 too! I'm trying to make healthier choices this time around!
