Great goals y'all! My goals are to do strength training 3X week, cardio (HIIT or kickboxing) 3X week, Pilates, yoga 1-2X week. My food goals are to eat 5 or more servings of fruit & veggies daily, eat out once a week, increase my protein & fiber. Drink 8 glasses of water daily. Eat more than 1450 calories everyday

I workout from home & it's more of a routine now than trying to find motivation. I set time aside to workout everyday usually after breakfast. It's like cooking or cleaning to me. Set a time of day to devote to working out. Hope that helps!

Congrats on your weight loss thus far! I got 'stuck' a few times since starting on MFP in July. I either had to up my calories, reduce my calories, change up my workout routine, or let time get me out of my rut. I had the biggest hurdle from thanksgiving to New Years after I hit 132lbs.

Pretty close to maintenance. I eat breakfast around 8am Lunch at 12 Snack at 2-3 Dinner at 5 Snack at 7

Grilled chicken salad is a good option, but watch the dressings. Salad dressings are typically loaded in calories. Look for low fat & fat free options. Looks like all good options. Just watch the desserts.

I've never had Nutella... After reading some of these comments, I feel like I'm missing out! I think I'll stick to natural pb. It seems like Nutella is as addictive as crack & I def don't need that!

I gained 34lbs during my pregnancy & only lost 17lbs after giving birth. I lost not a single pound breast feeding, but I was not dieting at all either. My daughter is almost 3. I'm 5'1" & eat 1450 calories a day but I workout 30mins per day. I did 1200 calories & lost 2 pounds a week, increased to 1350 & still lost 2lbs a week. Now I eat 1450 & am gradually moving to maintenance.

Are you weighing your food or just eyeballing? Do you track your exercise with a HRM or use MFP's defaults? I'm no expert, but I don't think it's possible to maintain on 1,200.
