I love Doctor Who, even if I'm fairly new to it (Started Watching in January. Am, of course, completely caught up). I got new Doctor Who socks at Hot Topic yesterday which will be worn today. And I have the uncommon stance of 9 being my favorite doctor :)

I completely agree! I originally went vegetarian to try to lose weight. I didn't because all I was eating was cheese and pasta. I do eat a lot more vegetables now than I used to though. As long as you're committed to eating the right way, vegetarianism can help.

fake meat help a lot when starting. I find Morning Star brand to be the best. You can just substitute it for whatever meat you usually have. It'll take a little while to mentally convince yourself to be vegetarian but this really does help and will keep your protein up. And try almond milk (almond breeze original is good.…

I'm not a chef but I do cook a lot. If I'm understanding you right, what you're having trouble with is eating as you cook (correct me if I'm wrong). I find that keeping a water bottle around actually helps quite a bit. Keep drinking water and it will make you feel full as you work. If you still need something to snack on…
