Well this was my first week doing 1,200 calories, +/- some. I'm using my FitBit to see how many calories I'm burning daily. Ah, bingo! Thanks for the answers they were all very helpful. I really hate using measuring cups for foods that don't list the weight per serving- especially something that's quite calorie dense.
