Average weightloss has been a pound per week! My aim is between 1 and 2 per week as dont want to lose too fast!! I want to keep it all off this time but be a happy person while I am doing it!

Anything I want as long as I stick within my calories allowed for the day and watch my portion sizes! I think of this as a life style choice that's forever and not a diet! I wouldn't be able to think like this if I completely rule out certain foods that I like. My motto is everything in proportion. Even 'Healthy' food…

Yay! Congratulations! Start off with C25k and you will be running in no time. I started like this and now I'm nearing completion of my 10k app and looking towards a health marathon one. I am still obese too so if I can run then so can you! I'm slow but I don't care! Good luck and stick at it!!!

C25k is where I started and now approx 8 months later I'm almost at 10k. I'm not a natural runner and very overweight! If I can run, anyone can!

I've just bought some Scholls as I suffer from plantar fasciitis through high BMI and running. They feel good already so I would recommend the brand!
