Be willing to try new things. Just have fun and relax. Had heard the average weight gain was 10 pounds. Just don't be stupid and you'll be fine. Oh, and talk to people! Young, old, different.....enjoy!

Right before I go out to run, after going to the bathroom and in just my underwear. Clothes may not weigh much but, then again they weigh something. Also like to weigh myself after a workout even though I know the weight loss is water and needs to be replaced.
