I like having an egg white sandwich on whole wheat 45 calorie toast...you can even make it the night before and then just heat in the microwave at work.

I don't like to wear shoes either. I like doing the walk-a-mile dvds with the 1,2,3, or 4 mile walks. I always do them barefoot at home and in my office on my lunch hour :)

I like to have some 94% ff popcorn for an evening snack sometimes....you can have quite a bit for low calories.

I love it too! I do a 30 minute workout everyday with it. It makes excercising fun and before you know it you have burned alot of calories!

Me too! I weighed 110 lbs when I first met my husband, but now twelve years later I have gained about 100 lbs! It is all due to our lifestyle of eating out and not getting enough exercise.
