yes I have. Take it easy on yourself it will pass. For me it was stress, sometimes excitement. When I met my husband I didn't eat for so many month i became anemic. It was love. I have also had this syndrome when I was bored with my food. It will pass. Talk to your doctor if you think its the meds.

I love spaghetti squash. slice it in half, remove seeds. Olive oil, salt and pepper bake cut side down 350 1 hour I put meat sauce, just like spaghetti with noodles. Awesome

I just dropped my calories from 1770 to 1650. Age is important as well as muscle mass ( the more you have the more you burn) I weight and measure my food daily.

I don't smoke, the cutters they use these days as compared to the 70-80 is very frightening. I wont smoke this new GM crap. and back in the days, smoking gave me munchies. I cannot relate at all

back in the day you didnt throw anything away, you fixed it. It seems a lot of people think that the grass is greener on the other side. Its always green over a septic tank :laugh:

I use Laughing Cow chesse whenever a recipe calls for cheese. 35 calories a wedge :bigsmile:

My carbsare limited to veggies and fruit and occasionally- rye bread ( 1 slice) I think its not normal to give up veggies because of their carbs, I just make sure I measure them, and beer is the best carb of the all :love:
