starvation mode is a myth, check it out. It would defy the laws of physics...

I had a similar situation I gained 60 pounds with my first baby and the same with my second pregnancy but I had twins and looked much better after the second. My only exercise was long walks with my stroller and yoga. You'll be fine, just stay aware of what you put in your mouth

Running and kettle bell, amazing.

I work out at home on youtube. There are some really good channels, one I use is fitness blender. Anyway, you can find everything from 10 minute yoga videos to 60 min cardio videos and so much more. It is free and doesn't leave much room for excuses.

I think this may be a combination of low blood sugar and hormones. I used to be this way every morning and it went away after I had kids. So weird!

I'm confused. why is it so hard for you to eat 1350 cals? It isn't much at all, especially if you are burning 700 calories, which would take like 2 hours on a gazelle. How long do you use the gazelle for?

Medifast is a wonderful program. I have used it to lose the last 15 that just stuck to me after pregnancy. I lost 30 lbs the old fashioned way and the rest with medifst. It has given me the leanest body I have ever had and taken away my insane cravings for sugar/bread/carbs in general. I think this program is good for…

right now i am not very muscular and I would like 125 or 120. When I am lifting and doing toning exercises I look good at 130. I hope to get to 120 ish then start lifting heavier and wouldn't mind seeing my number on the scale go up. :) It also depends on your bone structure though. I am 5'6"
