There are two really awesome apps that I've used for running. One is called C25K (Couch to 5k) and it helps you build up stamina and run 5km in 9 weeks. Another one is called zombies, run! it just adds a little more fun to your workout, and builds a story as you run from the "zombies."

Mine usually changes too. At the weight I'm at now, my hormones are all out of whack. When I start to lose weight, it usually goes crazy until my hormones figure out what's going on and my cycle goes back to normal.
