  • 5'7'', around 158 lbs and hoping to lose 20 in total, but 10 will be fine till summer vacations (only 5 weeks left :grumble: ) I try to eat 1200 calories per day and am almost finished with hip hop abs.   • Well done and congratz! You look like a different person. If you haven't yet, try Hip Hop Abs Deluxe. It is harder but still fun :)
  • Stretching and massage helps. Unless if I am doing squats. Then nothing helps but time :)
  • 10 - good boss, the best I have had so far. Off the subject - he lost about 30 lbs in past year and now is addicted to coca cola zero. It hurts me seeing him drink this much of coke. But he likes it because it is the only sweet thing he is consuming (stopped with fruits a while ago, but I don't know why).

  • Try it other way around. Google for exercises for muscles you want to tone. For example, I was never able to do push ups. I know for push ups you have to have strong triceps and chest.
