I am also the same height and I was at 160 for most of my life. My goal is 130, because my fat percentage is still too high (28%, ultimate goal is 20%) and I would like to get rid of cellulite. I will probably look the way you do now when I will weight 130 pounds. Are you sure you are not higher? :)

I have Fitbit Flex and Polar H7. Flex for motivation, it makes me do 10.000 steps per a day. When I didn't have it, I would do 3.000 steps per a day in average. I use H7 only when exercising and those are the calories I eat back, not what Fitbit says me.

Always looking for new active friends. I log daily and plan to do it at least until summer 2015 vacations. My goal is to lose about another 10 lbs and my diary is open to friends. Add me if you want too :wink:

Try exercise more. This way you get extra calories you can eat. About hour of workout should give you 300-600 extra calories. This is what I do :wink:

Soda. I don't like any drink with bubbles in it. And I am very happy about that :) Also I don't like too sweet drinks. Oh, and beer and wine. Lucky me :)

I eat grounded flax seeds. I add it to yogurt and cereal. Love it because it doesn't have any taste. Or at least I don't taste anything :) Helped me to make my toilet visits regular :P

I hate and can't stand whey. But love casein powder. And I adore casein dessert with frozen fruit. Mmmm! Plus there are tons of recipes (pancakes, muffins, ice cream...). I tried with regular food but is close to impossible for me. And I have a sweet tooth :)

I do both. About 2,5 hours of weight lifting + resistance training and about 4 hours of cardio per week (which I prefer). And I am starting to love my body! Still losing weight and starting to see muscles everywhere. I would say do what you like to do. Only weightlifting would make me stop long ago. Don't like it :( But…

Same with me. I work in a team with 9 males. Most of them are married and with kids, I am also in relationship. Nothing more between us then platonic relationship. But then again I cannot say we are friends. We get along, hang together during job time, have fun but nothing more after those 8 hours pass. Being very good…

Mine too, but I ignore it :P I just love fruit and deserts. Not giving up on them. I try to hit my protein goal and not to go above my calorie daily limit. This is it. And it works.

I found out that it doesn't matter how many times you fall. All that matters is that you pick up yourself after that. The sooner the better. Weight yourself. 1000 seems quite high number for your height and weight. I would buy good HRM to be sure. Everything above 100 calories per 10 minutes is almost for sure error. By mine experience fitness equipment is least accurate, then MFP and last HRM which tends to be the most accurate.

You eat those back ;) At least I do. Ok, I usually leave about 100 not eaten because of possible mistakes. Buy yourself good Polar HRM because MFP tends to overestimate exercise calories. Just to be as safe as possible. Good luck :flowerforyou:

I still eat bread, pasta, cookies, cake and ice cream. Only not as much as I used too and it fits in my calorie budget. It is easier to eat what ever you want to kill those cravings. This is the reason I am still sticking to my diet. Good luck :flowerforyou:

I heard a girl telling to one next to her that she always wears jacket, pullover, long sleeve shirt, T-shirt and maybe something else when she is running. This way she is sweating more = fat melting. She told other girl "you really have to try this, it works like magic". Since both were skinny it maybe does work :noway:…

Try something you will like. Try Zumba if you like to dance, Les Mills if you like kickboxing, T25 if you like jacks, squats and push ups. I used to go on aerobics classes and hated it! Eventually I just threw money away and stopped going. Then there was a class of Latino Aerobic. Loved it and missed it when it wasn't…
