One big issue with that device, the vibration is horrible especially if you use the "silent alarm" feature to wake up in the morning you will be late or missing alot of work!

Hey buddy, I was in the same boat early last year. I weighed 437 pounds and had high blood pressure. Since them I lost just under 130 pounds currently weighing 307 pounds. I used Phen early last year after getting my high blood pressure under control. I weigh myself every 2 weeks on Saturday morning. I only do it every 2 weeks mainly because I drink so much water I have to "water fast" the whole night so I have a proper weigh-in. I took phentermine last year for a few month and lost the majority of my weight while on it (currently 117 pounds lost). I haven't taken it since November last year and I am happy I stopped because pills wont work forever and you need to learn to live without them eventually. They are a great pill to kick-start your diet…

I used to drink alot of Diet Soda and when I cut it out my headaches are all but gone now. Haven't had a soda since January and happy I quit!

My wife was on it before me and her side effects were often dry mouth and falling asleep at night is difficult. Also in the beginning it may make you go #2 more then usual. Girl, I feel you. I was on MFP last year in the summer and lost around 80 pounds in 4 months now im back and have gained all that back and then some. Lets kick some butt together!

I'm going to take off that week and make everyday a 2000 calorie diet except thanksgiving and I'm gonna crush some turkey and everything else! It only comes once a year and one mean won't make me gain back my 108 pounds. So enjoy the day and give thanks!!!

Very high in calories. I do a 1200/day so there is no room for it but yes Peanut butter is awesome but so its chocolate, etc I just think it should barely be eating while dieting.
