I too am eating High fat also and I am averaging 1/2 lb a day weight loss and I love the fact that I am not hungry and I don't have to count calories. Bulletproof style coffee has been a wonderful addition. I was a coffee lover to start with but when you add butter and MCT oil it is AWESOME

Eliminate wheat and carbs and you will find you are not hungry. You eliminate and you will lose the blood sugar spikes and drops and the urge to want to eat.
