Yeah I use the MFP app religiously, and it always comes out to 900-1500 calories a day intake

I'm not *trying* to eat only 1,300 calories a day, I'm saying if I was in a room full of all the food in the world, I would go about my normal daily life and consume ~1,300 worth of food and be extremely content and full.
