Bumping this back up! I love this program; on week 4 of 28 day jumpstart! I spend roughly $20-$40 per week on groceries, though that includes groceries for the whole family. I tend to add match weekly! I modify the recepiea as per whats on sale. I'm fit.girl.kat.915 on IG.

I'm 25 lbs down and yes I have a problem... even in pictures I feel there's nothing major. Like yes I see little differences; but I still "see me".

I use the Unicity shakes and they have a low carb high protein shake meal replacement. I use it as a meal replacement on busy days.

I do alot of crockpot meals. I even do batches where I prep and freeze them so I just dump and put liquid and let it do its thing! Tonight was chicken and "rice" aka cauliflower rice.
