That's exactly how I am.. And now I'm at my worst, so I'm definitely taking it seriously this time. I'll be 30 in 6 months and want to be in shape! I'm good with not drinking sodas.. it's the wine and beer that get me!

I'm starting it on Monday. For me, I need to use the calendar schedule that comes with it.. so I decided to keep with my regular workouts and start the routine Monday!
