  • Don't get disheartened. Have you lost inches from your hips or waist? What are you doing when you work out and for how long?
  • I prefer to measure inches for a few reasons. 1) muscle weighs more than fat so if you are going to the gym your weight may not be reducing hugely but your inches might. 2) weight can fluctuate by as much as 5lb in on day, due to fluid intake etc., so if you want to weigh try to do so at the same time of day.
