I net about 1800 per day. I eat back exercise calories, so with those, I usually gross about 2200-2500 per day. I eat about 400-500 for breakfast, whatever I want for lunch, then I plan dinner and snacks based on what's left. I lose about 1-1.5 pounds per week this way.

My body type is human, so I eat foods that nourish my human body. The good news is that humans are omnivores, so if it doesn't immediately kill you, and it's in MFP's calorie database, then it's probably food. Just don't go over your daily/weekly calorie goal and you should be just fine. :bigsmile:
