Now I want a unicorn fart blunt.

The lady lighting her cigarette on her 100th birthday cake is my new hero.

Also this. Rants rarely go the way the OP intends in the forums.

GURL. No hard feelings. That thread entertained the hell out of me last night. Sorry it turned ugly for you, though. The craziest part was when the thread got big enough to roll. In part 2 right off the bat a couple of spammers started posting porn gifs and the whole thread got nuked into oblivion. It was kind of nuts…

I am dying laughing, y'all. When you report it, the gif plays for you the whole time.
-
That cracked me UP.

This is why we can't have nice things.

I know OMG.

No time to look for gifs! We're rolling! OMG.

So you're a 5'10" male who weighs 150. According to your profile, you're trying to lose 15 pounds, which would put you at 135 pounds, with a BMI of about 19. This is technically still in the healthy range for your height, but it's at the low end of the spectrum. My thoughts on this scenario: 1. If I was your mother, I…

This is one reason I love homeschooling. Right now my kid is in his underpants while studying US Presidents. Later on, he'll probably dress like a ninja turtle and we'll go to the library for an art program and some time playing with his friends. On another note, about being "distracted" in school. The hormones of puberty…

6 lbs per week is not a healthy rate of weight loss (losing weight that fast results in loss of muscle, bone and organs). You won't find any support for it here, as promoting unhealthy diets is against the TOS of these forums. Eat regular food at a slight deficit, and lose the weight one pound at a time. Good luck and good…

I love black meat. You heard me.

Love this post!

Me too. Omg. :drinker:

"The secrets of evolution are time and death." --Carl Sagan May not sound inspirational, but it really helped me wrap my brain around evolution. Also, Monty Python's Galaxy Song is my absolute favorite and never fails to cheer me up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=buqtdpuZxvk

Lady, I don't know you, but I love you. High fives all around...

At first I was all And then I was all

Why thank you, kind sir. Thank you. Seriously, thank you.

This is exactly where my brain went.

Taekwondo 5th Gup sounding off here. Just a semantic point here, but "fighting lessons" doesn't really describe the content of a martial arts discipline (from what I've been taught). "Self defense" is perhaps a better term. We're not taught how to fight people really, but to defend ourselves against attacks and neutralize…

I get the high impact ones from Target (Champion brand). I wear 34DDD, but I buy the DDs and smash the girls in there.
-
Oh hell yeah!

And I see you're now 4 down. :drinker:

I cracked up at the blister one. Last weekend I posted a pic of my poor, flayed pinkie toe and was sad when only 3 people "liked" it. Then I realized how lame I am.

It hasn't hindered my weight loss any, and I drink lots of Diet Dr. Pepper. :drinker:

My kid hates yolks, so I figured out how to make an egg white omelet. It sounds really complicated at first, but once you figure it out, it's a really easy protein dish. I make mine with an ounce of cheddar cheese and a tablespoon of bacon bits. Comes out to about 250 calories and is huge and filling.…

I'm thinking the other 2 steps have to be: 2. Forget step 1, haha! 3. Eat at a deficit. Not sure what they could be otherwise.

Ooo, I didn't see the 2 hour part. That does seem like a low count. I know my sabumnim likes us to work -- I'm always drenched in sweat and exhausted after class (we do at least 30 minutes of conditioning drills and speed/bag work). I feel like it's an equivalent burn to the step aerobics I occasionally do, about 300-400…
