I know what you mean, I get off at 7am and it makes me feel like a lush if I have a few drinks then, but if I wake up in the afternoon and drink at 10pm with some friends, i'm still technically drinking in the "morning" :/

I've been using a stationary bike three times a week and going about a mile each time. I'm thinking about quitting that and running instead because I don't feel sore afterwards, just tired and I'm worried that it's not doing anything for me. Maybe I'm not using proper form?
