Its more difficult to live with Regret of something you wish you had done. If you truly want children, you will not think, can i afford them, will i lose my figure, will they be ugly looking, healthy. You get the idea. Live for what you want , don't live regretting things you wished you would have done.

From 5 years of working with tools, machine shop i developed Ganglion cysts in the joints of my fingers. This is one of the main reasons i have to wear weight gloves in the gym. I worked as a production machine, mechanic and was always using small handled tools, ratchet mostly.

Actually abs are shown in the kitchen is more like it, abs are built from heavy weight resistance like any other muscle. Essentially you can show them quicker if you build them up.

Considering the lack of contraction i wouldn't think weighted planks would actually provide mass for the abs. I use weighted abs crunches on the pulley machine, weighted knee raises, weighted ab crunches. The ab wheel, never thought about using, would make an awesome finisher for my ab workout.
