Luckily for me, I am a full time student and get to get credit for my exercises. I actually work out 2 days a week on campus in the morning and evenings. On those 2 days I work out for a total of 4 hours on one day and 6 hours on the other. I find that they both are helpful! In the AM you will have more energy throughout…
