I am with you cgirly007, Level 2 tomorrow. There are still some things on Level 1 that I could do better, but in the past few days I started daydreaming during the video and not focus on the moves. I think the change will be good for me. Great Job Robinlynn8! Keep up the good work everyone! Don't quit now.

Homemade baked goods. Cookies, cake etc. I can avoid the store bought ones, but the homemade ones get me every time. I can't stop, and if they are in my house I will just have a little more, then a little more until it is gone. Then I am embarassed when the kids or my husband ask what happened to it.

Day 5 complete! I feel strong. Keep up the good work!

Day 4 completed. Most of my soreness is gone. I did the first set of push ups as regular push ups, the second set I did the girly ones. Hopefully tomorrow, I can do regular push ups for both sets. Feeling good!

Day 3 accomplished. I usually take a sip of water at several of the transitions. Not really a break. I am still doing the girl push ups too. Still pretty sore but I feel good knowing that I am doing something that will make me strong and healthy. I have been thinking about adding some extra cardio in the evenings, a run or…

Day 2 complete. I plan to do 10-10-10 also. I did the 30 day shred a little over a year ago, and I remember being nervous about going to level 2, but by the time you get to day 10, you will probably be ready.

I am starting at 197. I have done the 30 day shred before and had good results. I am hoping with the support of the group I will stick with it for the whole 30 days. :smile:
