Your story is very moving. I wish you continued success and strength as you continue down your path. It has been said that sometimes you have to forgive others, not for them but for yourself so that you can put the past behind you. Keep it up and stay positive.

Bump for later. Thanks for the great ideas.

Great Job! Between the walking and the weight loss, I imagine you have a lot more energy, Keep up the good work and positive attitude.

I recommend the book "The 5 Love Languages" by Gary Chapman. It talks about figuring out what makes you feel loved and what makes your spouse feel loved (which could very well be different things) and how to follow through. I wish you the best in your journey, keep it up. No matter what happens with your husband, you and…

Bump! Thanks for the great ideas.

I spread Laughing Cow Cheese on Wasa crackers. (I think they are called crisp & light, 70 calories for 3 nice sized crackers) and top with sliced fresh fruit.

Bump. Looks great

You look great! Congratulations. I have been considering T-25, but I have been worried about knee pain. I have had to stop other programs in the past because of this. Did you have any problems with knee pain?

Great Job! Way to go with maintenance especially while dealing with your illness. Best wishes to you as you continue to recover.

I do toe taps - keep my heel on the ground and raise the toe and ball of my foot as high as they comfortably go about 10 reps on each foot. I do this as part of warm up and cool down. I have seen ones where you lean against a wall and a number of other variations on this. I hope this helps.

Congratulations! What a great improvement to your health. Keep up the good work.

I like to make stuffed chicken breasts. I cut a slit the length of the breast to make a pocket, I usually put in a mixture of chopped spinach (either fresh or frozen) chopped sun dried tomatoes and some flavorful cheese like goat cheese, parmesan or feta. Brush the top with olive oil, sprinkle on some salt and pepper and…

Not sure if you have access to a microwave or freezer at work, but I add frozen fruit to my oatmeal. Peaches and cinnamon are my favorite. I get the frozen peaches nice and hot in the microwave then I mix them in. I also use skim milk instead of water when I make the oatmeal. Another thing I do is make a smoothie before…

I have made a recipe similar to this. It is easy and really good. Roasting the cabbage gives it great flavor, it makes taste sweet. (I have noticed that a lot of things taste sweet since I cut back on desserts and other things loaded with sugar.) I used lean ground turkey and I did not use the rice when I made it. I served…

I started level 3 today. I think level 3 is easier on the knees so far. Good job trying to stay with it everybody!

Hi, I just wanted to check in. I had to take a couple of days off, but I started level 3 today and will continue. I like level 3 better as well. It doesn't seem as hard on my knees. I was starting to think about what to do next as well. Ripped in 30 sounds pretty good. Great Job everybody who has made it this far.

Sorry to hear about your knee. I have been wearing a knee brace for the past week while doing the challenge. I hope you are able to heal quickly.
-
I am starting level 3 tomorrow. Hopefully the jumping won't be too tough on the knees. Great Job Cgirly!

Day 18 done for me. I will start level 3 on Monday. I have done 30 day shred before too, but I can't remember much from level 3. I'm sure it will all come back to me on Monday. Have a good weekend and keep pushing through the weekend.

I would like to participate. SW 193 Goal 15

I finished up day 17. I agree that there is some method to Jillian's madness. Things are getting easier and I can do things I thought I couldn't at the beginning. The last round of cardio still kills me. I can't keep up the double jump ropes the whole time, although I am doing more doubles and less singles each time. Have…

I finished day 16 today. I feel good. Keep up the good work everyone!

I finished level 2 day 5 this morning. Just like level 1, level 2 is getting easier. I am determined to finish. Keep up the good work!
-
I took Sunday off - did 8 miles on the bike trail with my family instead, but did Monday and today. Just like level 1, what once seemed impossible is now doable at level 2. I did start wearing a knee brace on my left knee, that seems to help. Keep up the good work!

Level 2 day 2 complete. I just keep trying to remember what it felt like after day 2 of level one. The soreness started to go away on day 3. I hope that is the same with level 2. Keep up the good work!

I started Level 2 this morning. It is a lot like the first few days of Level 1, I felt like I could barely do some of the moves, but it was definitely a workout. In several of the strenght moves she has you hold the lunge or squat position, this really made my glutes and hams burn, but I liked it better than going up and…

Level 2 is definitely a step up from Level 1! I almost jumped out of my shoes during the plank jacks. Just like Level 1, each day it will get a little easier. I think holding the lunges and squats during the strength portion is easier on the knees than going up and down in level one. (maybe harder on the hams and glutes,…
