I love 'odd' music tastes, Michael Jackson v RATM is an interesting one! Of all the mainly metal bands I've listed I sometime also stick in Jake bugg, Simon and Garfunkel, the doors, think I'm pretty odd too!

I too have a Spotify playlist, I jump rope for 30 mins after my weights session and by then I'm normally pumped anyway! I mix it up daily usually, but it normally includes Slipknot, pantera, prodigy, pearl jam, RATM, pendulum, knife party, foo fighters and even sepultura when I'm on a real mission!

15st 2.2lbs this morning, a slight drop but I am okay with it, I'm still concentrating on looking and feeling fitter in myself, not too disheartened with the scales if I'm honest.

15st 2.8lbs. A gain of 1lb, but hey ho, I know I've trained hard and still feel ok so not too bothered.

Put the 1.4lbs back on that I'd lost last week! I know exactly where I'm going wrong, I can be a saint all week but the weekends I just let go, eat and drink far too much, but it's the weekend excuse.

15 st exactly. Down 1.4lbs, had my usual 'heavy' weekend but during the week I trained extremely hard and I pretty much stuck to my diary, so pleased with a loss.

I was nearly 19 stone at the time, one of my best pals, who sadly passed away, was teaching me too drive the works lorry, I had to navigate this big truck through double parked cars, bit of a tight squeeze, with me being a big lad, he joked "good job the driver is a slimyouth"! RIP Nidge. X

I wondered the same mate, I can ride an industrial ride on lawnmower that vibrates and shakes the **** out of me for 5+ hours and the calorie burn is in this database reads similar to yours.I don't log it though thinking how can this be burning calories.
